Question: Are insurance premiums paid through a part time job considered income by Social Security?
I started getting early social security benefits at age 62. I have a part time job so I can get health insurance. In the past when filing my return with the IRS the insurance premiums are not considered income and are not included in taxable wages. Does Social Security consider payments for health insurance through and employer to be income in their cap of $14,160.
Answer: Social Security uses the highest figure on your W2 form to apply the annual earnings test. The premiums may not show up in Federal wages and other compensation, but might show up in another block on the W2. If so, they will count.

Question: Has anyone with s.s ending 76 through 99 have any luck on the IRS rebate tool where my refund with DD?
I Have Direct Deposit and ss ends with 93 and no luck
