Where To File Power Of Attorney

Where To File Power Of Attorney

Question: Where can I find a will and executor paperwork for free?

I am wanting to put together my Living Will, Will, and Executor papers, but all the sites I have looked at cost $9.99 and above...I don't want to pay an attorney to do this for me. Do you know a web site for Ohio Wills, Living wills, and Executor for free...I already made my Power of Attorney and that cost me $28.00 to file. I would rather pay the filing than the preparation...Please, if you know a site that would help, thank you. Once again, it has to be for Ohio. Even if they are just examples, that would be great too.

Answer: As a second year law student who is currently studying property, I would STRONGLY recomend just paying the money and using the attorney. Granted it will cost more than $9.99, but it will save your heirs much hassle and it will be the best way to ensure that your wishes are carried out. You have to use very specific language to make your intentions crystal clear. More general advice: A good accountant and a good lawyer will SAVE you more money than you will spend on them. Good luck.
