Question: I have imported 3 DVDs , Is DVD taxable?

I have checked the Kastam website and its very vague. It can falls under category of 30% or even FREE Tax. Moreover, if import products from ASEAN countries has a different tax rate.
Me from Malaysia and I had imported some original DVDs from Yesasia.com ,hong Kong. Malaysia custom may charge me the parcel because it was held by them now. Anyone has experience with the Custom for importing DVDs from overseas. Is DVD taxable under the Malaysian Custom Laws?

Answer: no, when you buy something you dont pay the taxes to it because your not using there.... ex" if im from mass and buy soemthign from florida, i dont pay the taxes from there nor from here!
