THE METERIALS HAVE HELD UP IN CHECK POST AS I HAVE NOT ENDOURSED WET GRINDERS IN MY CST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE. IS IT AGAINST LAW? IF SO WHAT IS THE REMODY? WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PENALTY WILL I GET?

Answer: In case of CST registration you would have already mentioned about the things that you are going to do.That is called "endorsement". Since you have failed to do and also you have violated that Law.It is punishable, it attracts 10 A penalty under CST Act, which will be 150% and more.
