Question: formula for the profession tax calculation In Excel Chart?

I want to know the formula that "if your salary is More then Rs.10,000/- the Profession tax Should be Rs.200 and Salary is Less then Rs. 10,000 and more then Rs.5,000 the Profession tax is Rs.175/-" Regarding this I want to know what is the formula in excel sheet
