When don't you have to file income tax
return?
Consider the table of gross income
thresholds below, if you make less than the gross income levels
in the last column then you are not required to file income tax
return. If you are self employed and makes less than $400 then
you are not required to file income tax return. Some people
file income tax return even if they are not required to do so
because in doing so they may get tax credits and therefore
refunds from the IRS even if they never paid taxes.
